Affiliate Terms

One simple commission
Approved affiliates earn 30% of the net qualifying purchase amount attributed to their unique referral link. At the standard $26 price, the affiliate commission is $7.80. There are no tiers, downlines, or recruiting commissions. A commission is earned only from a verified customer purchase.
Tracking and attribution
Qualifying sales are attributed through the Soul Decoder tracking system using referral links, first-party cookies, campaign information, customer and transaction records, and other reasonable attribution controls. Affiliates must use their assigned links accurately and may not interfere with tracking, impersonate another affiliate, or claim traffic or customers obtained through fraud or manipulation.
Payouts
An affiliate may request one payout per calendar month after the available balance reaches $20. Approved payout requests are processed within 72 hours. Payment timing may be affected by weekends, holidays, identity checks, inaccurate payment details, payment-provider delays, suspected fraud, or a required legal review.
Pending, reversed, and ineligible commissions
Commissions may remain pending while payment is confirmed. Refunds required by law, duplicate charges, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, canceled payments, test purchases, unauthorized promotion, or violations of these terms may result in a commission being denied, withheld, or reversed.
Clear affiliate disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with Soul Decoder wherever they promote it. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand, and it must appear close to the recommendation or affiliate link. Affiliates may not make false claims, guarantee customer results, send unlawful spam, use deceptive advertising, or present themselves as Soul Decoder employees or owners.
No guaranteed earnings
Participation does not guarantee income, traffic, customers, or any specific result. Earnings depend on genuine qualifying purchases attributed to the affiliate. Affiliates are independent participants and are responsible for their own content, taxes, disclosures, and compliance with applicable law and platform rules.
Program administration
Soul Decoder may review, suspend, or close an affiliate account for fraud, misuse, inactivity, brand harm, legal risk, or violation of these terms. We may update commission administration or these terms prospectively with notice in the affiliate portal. Questions may be sent to info@soulgroupdecoder.com.
