How much does a reading cost?
A Soul Group DeCode costs $26 as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.
What information do I need?
Your full name at birth, including middle names and original last name, your date of birth, and your delivery email. Check all three before paying.
What does my reading cover?
Your primary Soul Group, origins, gifts, Earth mission, challenges, shadow work, colors, elements, crystals, frequency, and calling. Your complete reading follows seven clear sections.
Do I choose my Soul Group?
Your birth details determine the result. Browsing the Soul Groups introduces the lineages; it does not select or change your reading.
Can I download my reading?
Yes. When your reading is ready, you can read it on the site and download a PDF to keep.
Where do I enter a promo code?
Enter and apply your code on the order page before paying. Check that your total has updated before continuing.
What if payment is still being confirmed?
Use the “Check payment again” option if it appears. If you are unsure whether a payment completed, contact support before making another purchase.
What if I cannot find my delivery email?
Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions. If your reading is open on the site, download your PDF there. For help, email info@soulgroupdecoder.com with your order details. Do not send card details.
