Agreement
By using Soul Decoder or purchasing a Soul Decode, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.
Personalized digital product
A Soul Decode is a personalized digital product created from the information you submit. Preparation begins immediately after payment. You are responsible for entering the correct first and last name at birth and complete birth date. An error in customer-provided information does not create a right to a replacement or refund.
All sales are final
All Soul Decoder purchases are final and nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. By checking the purchase agreement and completing payment, you request immediate preparation and digital delivery and acknowledge that the personalized service begins at once. This policy does not limit any right that cannot legally be waived, and verified duplicate or unauthorized charges will be reviewed.
Spiritual and personal reflection
Soul Decoder presents spiritual, mythic, numerological, Gematria, and archetypal interpretations for personal reflection and entertainment. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. No specific result, prediction, spiritual outcome, or life change is promised or guaranteed.
Personal-use license
Your purchased decode is licensed to you for personal, noncommercial use. Soul Decoder retains its rights in the website, system, written material, artwork, branding, and underlying content. You may save and print your decode, but you may not resell, reproduce, publish, train another system on, or commercially exploit it without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass payment or access controls, misuse discount or affiliate systems, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or attempt to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the website.
Availability and responsibility
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Decoder is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Any liability connected to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.
Changes and contact
