Information we collect
We collect the information needed to provide and improve the Soul Decoder, including your first and last name at birth, birth date, email address when supplied through an account or transaction, purchase and delivery records, affiliate attribution, campaign source, device and browser information, and activity connected to the website. We securely store your birth details and delivery email with your order before payment so we can prepare your reading after payment confirmation, even if you close your browser. Your email is also sent to Stripe for checkout and your receipt. We do not intentionally collect more information than we need to operate the service.
How we use information
We use this information to process purchases, generate and deliver personalized Soul Decodes, maintain customer and affiliate records, prevent fraud, provide support, measure website performance, attribute affiliate sales, fulfill legal obligations, and improve the customer experience.
Reading delivery and optional newsletters
We use your delivery email to send your purchased reading, its PDF, and necessary order support messages through our authorized Gmail account. We store the reading and PDF privately, along with delivery attempts and error records. Emailed access links expire after 90 days; saved PDFs remain available on your device. If you choose the optional Soul Group Monthly checkbox, we record your consent wording and date and may send spiritual guidance, news, and offers. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not prevent delivery of a purchased reading. Only authorized webmaster controls can change delivery addresses or manage the subscriber list.
Payments and Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. Soul Decoder does not store your complete credit card number or card security code. Stripe receives and processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices. We retain transaction identifiers, payment status, purchase amount, discount information, and related records needed to confirm access and maintain accurate business records.
Service providers and disclosure
We may share information with service providers that support payment processing, website hosting, security, analytics, digital delivery, affiliate tracking, and business operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to prevent fraud or misuse, or to protect the rights and safety of Soul Decoder, its customers, affiliates, and others. We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies and tracking
We use necessary first-party cookies and similar technologies to maintain secure access, remember purchase status, measure website activity, and attribute qualifying affiliate sales. If advertising or optional tracking technologies are added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are activated.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain purchase and affiliate records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights

Children and updates
Soul Decoder is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
