Origin and lineage
The Polarians are an order of navigators whose remembered home was the Axis Haven, a station in the Polaris system. Their role was to keep routes, maps, and lines of communication clear when travelers crossed unfamiliar space. They came to Earth during collective shifts to help people find a steady reference point without forcing them back into an old world.
